The bound headstock has Grover MiniRotomatic tuning machines and is adorned with the Epiphone logo and Custom Split Diamond inlay, both in mother of pearl. The Grover Tuners, Graph Tech nut, and the fully Adjustable Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tail piece all work together to keep the tuning stability and intonation on point. The Epiphone SG Custom is equipped with a pair of Epiphone ProBucker Custom humbucking pickups that deliver all of the vintage-approved SG tones you expect. Each pickup is wired to its own individual volume and tone control, along with a three-way toggle pickup selector switch, which lets you use either pickup alone or combine them in whatever ratio suits your mood and the musical moment.
