The AD-S112sw features a high-power 12" weather-treated paper cone woofer in a 2.5" voice coil. The TFR (turbulent flow reduction) port design adjusts the cabinet resonance and is optimized for high-velocity airflow, resulting in higher outlet pressures before port turbulence or "chuffing." Taking full advantage of boundary plane coupling and to reduce vibration transmission, the AD-S112sw ships with a yoke mounting assembly included. Additional M10 accessories in the cabinet allow for suspended or flown deployments using the optional M10 KIT-C accessory. Featuring rugged ABS housings, sealed entry panel covers, and powder-coated aluminum grilles for weather resistance, the AcousticDesign surface-mounted series exceeds IEC60529 IP-54 ratings for dust and splash resistance. To further improve performance and installation speed with optimal output, advanced speech filter sets using QSC intrinsic correction techniques can be obtained using Q-Sys networked audio processing platforms, including CXD amplifiers for a solution.
